Context: "Le Stress" video clip, music from the album 19H07

To support his debut album released in 2015, JP Manova wanted to satisfy his fans by putting together the video for "Le Stress".

In a world where more and more employees are reaching the point of burn-out, the rapper highlights this modern-day malaise with his secretly poignant verses. As for the video, it is dynamically and nervously directed, emphasising the performance of dancer Bruce Ykanji, who is in the throes of an anxiety attack and is gradually feeling the stress building up.

JP Manova is a discreet and committed artist. He has been involved in hip-hop for almost 20 years, working with artists such as Doc Gynéco, Flynt and Rocé.

Services: Special effects for a music video by JP Manova

To mark the release of the video clip for "Le stress", a song written by rapper JP Manova, our studio produced the special effects for the final shot. The job involved extending a tower into the sky. To achieve this, we modelled the building in 3D using photos that we duplicated. The sky was also modified to make it cloudier.

The architecture featured in the clip comes from the Abraxas premises in Noisi-le-Grand, near Paris. This atypical location is very popular with the film and photography world. In fact, Gary Ross, the director of The Hunger Games, chose to shoot some of the scenes from the latest instalment of the saga there in 2015.
