Context

Ludovik is a French youtuber and comedian famous for his offbeat comedy videos. He is a member of the Studio Bagel comedy collective and has appeared in a large number of videos: FrenchBall, seasons 2, 3 and 4 of Le Visiteur du Futur, videos by the Palmashow and the Dézapping du Before on Canal+.

Particularly active on social networks such as Twitter, Instagram and Vine, he created his Facebook page in 2009 and made a video when he reached 50,000 subscribers to thank them. The video was a huge success, and he repeated the operation for 100,000 subscribers, 200,000 and so on. He now has over a million subscribers.

Based on his thank-you video for the 800,000, Ludovik decided to incorporate special effects. It was in this context that he began working with Tronatic Studio.

Synopsis

To thank his fans for following him on Facebook to the tune of 800,000, Ludovik decided to marry one of them at random! He ended up with Camille LeRoy Jenkins. Of course, it's not the tall, luscious blonde he was expecting, but her son. Unfortunately, the commitment has already been made and the papers signed...

Prestation

Tronatic Studio acted as VFX supervisor on this project and produced special effects for 9 different shots in the video, including :

- The lead actress explodes a wedding cake with an aerial ninja kick: the cakes shatter in 3D and the actress "takes flight";
- A photogrammetric scan of the lead actress, so that she can be animated in 3D and projected into the air during the final battle;
- A super-powerful kick into the priest, who is thrown out of the picture;
- The addition of blood to a comedian's shirt after being pierced by an umbrella;
- Removing the camera from a mirror ;
- Deleting entries on a door in several layouts.
