Context: Ubisoft launches Just Dance 2023 with Michou!

After dancing on the floor of Danse avec les stars, Michou is now inviting you to dance with him inUbisoft 's video gameJust Dance 2023! Webedia wanted an original and unique video, so they called on our VFX department.

Project: VFX production

This project was divided into two shoots, on which we carried out the VFX supervision and then the special effects.

The first shoot concerned the introduction to the video game Just Dance 2023. In the video, Michou is sucked into the TV screen and transported into the world of the video game. So we:
- Created the space-time portal and integrated it into the video,
- Created the movement that sucks Michou into the space-time portal.

The second shoot involved Michou's video clip. This required a number of special effects to bring the YouTuber's vision to life. For this video clip, we designed a number of lunar and space sets from an unknown universe. These sets were then integrated at various points in the video.
The sky had to be modified to reflect the desired lunar appearance.
 Various transitions and teleportation effects were created and added. We also created inlays in the television screens, and designed and modelled a hologram book.
